Refund Policy
Refunds for any number of packages of sessions (6, 12, 24) are not applicable after two weeks of purchase, or 4 sessions used (whichever occurs first). If you are requesting a refund within this zone, each session will be calculated and charged as a 'pay-per-session' fee, and the balance of your package is refunded. For example, if you purchase a package of 12 adjustments (£575 total payment), and you are requesting a refund after 3 adjustments used, you are 'billed' for £55 per adjustment, totaling £165. You will be refunded £410, plus a 2% processing bank fee.
For any unlimited wellness programs (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), refunds are not given after 14, 28, or 60 days respectively of purchase from the beginning of the unlimited wellness plan. If you are requesting a refund within this zone, each session will be calculated and charged as a 'pay-per-session' fee, and the balance of your payment is refunded. For example, if you purchase a 6 month unlimited wellness plan (£2700 total payment), and you are requesting a refund after 24 days of purchase, and you have had 8 adjustments within those 24 days, you are 'billed' for £55 per adjustment, totaling £440. You will be refunded £2260, plus a 2% bank processing fee.
If you are booking an 'Initial Assessment', a non-refundable payment of £70 is required to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that your nonrefundable booking fee of £70 is also the cancellation fee if you do not show up or cancel within 12 hours before your appointed time. If you miss your appointment, you must reschedule and pay the £70 again for a new appointment. Balance of £70 can be made in person at the end of your visit with Dr MaryAnne. Thank you!
Dr MaryAnne's schedule is very limited and in high demand for different bookings set up on specific days and times each week. Therefore, the cancellation policy states that if, for any reason, you cancel your appointment within 12 hours from your booking (or you do not show up), you will either be charged the full fee of that service, or it is counted as one item used on your package.
