This is an online Zoom series of six weekly sessions based on the method of The 12 Stages of Healing Somato-Respiratory Integration, from the work of Dr Donny Epstein.
This series is to experience the healing benefits for you and your life. (This is not a practitioner-teaching series, although if you are interested in learning more about this method, I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.)
Each session will be up to one hour (some sessions will be much shorter, around 30 minutes).
The fee for this series is £240.
Or you may wish you pay per session for £30 each.
The sessions will be recorded, and then shared with you after each session within 48 hours.
