This payment is to confirm and hold your appointment for a New Chiropractic Assessment. The full fee for the first visit is £140. The balance of £70 is to be paid at the end of your initial visit with me in my practice. This fee is non-refundable. If you miss or cancel your appointment within 12 hours, you must rebook and pay another booking fee of £70 again. Thank you for your understanding.
